I purchased a front grille from this seller based on the product listing, which stated that the package included both the grille and a Benz emblem. When my order arrived, the emblem was missing.
After contacting customer service, I was told that the original SKU had been updated to a new SKU and that the products were considered the same. However, my concern was never the SKU change—it was that the package I received did not contain all of the items listed in the product description at the time I placed my order.
I provided proof of my original order and explained that the emblem was included in the advertised package contents, but my issue has not been resolved. As a customer, I expect to receive all items that were advertised and included in the listing when I made my purchase.
Buyers should carefully review their order upon arrival and keep screenshots of the original product description in case there are discrepancies between what was advertised and what is delivered.
