I installed the whole package and removed the motor because I was replacing the rear main seal. Along the way, I also changed the camshaft, lifters and other related parts. At first, there was a faint ticking noise. However, after a couple of days and an additional oil change, the issue resolved itself. Now, the truck is running really well.
