Installation Instructions:
1. (Drain Oil) Hand Install Self Tap Tapered Thread Bolt With Expanding Threadlocker Sealer Straight Into Damaged Aluminum Oil Pan Threads. Push / Turn Clockwise Until Threads Take Hold.
2. Apply 7/8" Slowly Wrench 7/8'' Hex-Bolt Turning Clockwise *Note* Depth Of Tapered Thread Installation Will Vary Due To Variations In Drain Hole Diameter. Continue Until Thoroughly Tight.
3. Wait 5 Minutes Add Oil Inspect For Leaks If Leak Is Present Slowly Turn 7/8'' Hexbolt Clockwise Until Leaks Stops.
Removal Instructions:
1. (Do Not Remove Hex-Bolt) Grip With Pliers. Or Apply Our Professional Magnetic Removal Tool Pull To Remove.
2. At Each Oil Change Service... Inspect Plug Rubber Gasket. Wipe Residual Oil From Inside Hex-Bolt & Reinstall Plug.
