I've had these on for a little over a week now, and I must say, I am very pleased. In the attached photos, you will see one photo of before, and the rest are after. These tail lights are very easy to install. Even though no instructions were included, it should take only about 10 minutes to install. You can go online to YouTube and view how to remove the lights. You just remove two bolts and pull the lights straight out from the side of the body. Unfortunately, I had one of the tail light grommets pop out of the frame and remained attached to the teat on the passenger side. If this happens to you, be very careful removing the grommet from the teat. I was prying it off with a screw driver, and the thing shot off like a rocket. I spent the next two hours looking for the grommet, and could not find it. I ended up reattaching the new light with one grommet missing, while waiting for a replacement to come in. If you need to purchase a replacement grommet, the only place I found that had them was TASCA (tascaparts dot com). The part number is W717970-S300. I searched all over the Ford site looking for the part number to order it online, but could not find the part number. I eventually found it on TASCA. They are really cheap but shipping is expensive. I probably should have ordered a bunch, just to make it worth the cost of shipping. =D hahaha These lights are awesome. They are super bright, the reverse lights are probably two times brighter, if not more. They look really good on the pickup, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great upgrade. The only thing that I thought was odd was that all of the resisters, there are three of them, are just dangling from the wires. All three have 3M sticky tape to attach them to the light assembly, so I don't know why they didn't just attach them before shipping them. I did take some time to file down some of the excess plastic sticking up on one of the larger sections so that I could get a flat surface to attach the largest of the resisters. There is plenty of space to stick all three, and it doesn't take long to attach them. As it is winter here in Colorado, and there was snow on the ground when I replaced the lights (finished about five minutes before the snow started again), I took the lights in the night before and attached the resisters when the lights were at room temp, and left them to adhere overnight. I don't know if you need to do that, but I've had problem with 3M adhesive in cold temps before and didn't want these things coming off and clacking against the frame.

I had purchased this after discovering the existing housing on a 2009 Mercedes C300 was ruined due to a bad connector melting itself to the port of it. Either way, this came in and after I had replaced the plug, worked perfectly!

These red LED bulbs are smaller than the standard bulbs with this size base, so there is mo problem installing them. They fit fine. They didn't work as turn signal bulbs in my car, because they draw so little power the system incorrectly detects a burned out bulb and blinks very rapidly. I didn't rate longevity, since I have had them for only a month. I expect they will last a long time, but that remains to be proven.

I bought it to replace the old incandescent bulbs in my blinkers on my CBR1100XX rear tailights. These take up the same amount of room and are a direct replacement for their old tech counterparts. As a side note, I replaced the fronts as well (different LED bulbs) and spent 20$ to have a plug and play LED blinker relay made for my bike. I HIGHLY recommend you do the same or any LED blinker is not going to operate properly. 5 stars

It's great. I didn't expect it to be a perfect match. It saved time and money at once. It's worth recommending.
