Installation and Matching Instructions:
1.Fill one liter of transfer case oil (ZF6 speed oil) before installation
2.Do not test run the vehicle after installation. Match it with the original computer (Daotong 431 can also be used, but the steps are the same and the words are different). The matching steps are as follows: enter after the fast test of the whole vehicle is completed → service function I → drive device → VTG transfer case control → VTG calibration → display and control unit transfer case VTG communication is normal I → execute service function → display that VTG has been recalibrated, The new calibration value is stored in the VTG control unit → Display the calibrated calibration value: e.g. the difference between 12.3° and the previous calibration: e.g. - 14.2° → Exit the service function → Test run
Note: If the 4X4 lamp is on during the matching process, the steering angle sensor can be matched in DSC.

I used this rebuild kit on a G4NH 2.0L while freshening up an engine out of a 2019 Elantra, and overall it went together without any major issues. Everything in the kit matched up to the factory parts and tolerances looked good. Bearings, gaskets, and seals all fit the way they should.
The parts were packaged well and nothing showed up damaged or questionable. Clearances checked out during assembly and the engine turned over smooth by hand before startup. After getting it back in the car and running, oil pressure came right up and it’s been quiet so far with no leaks.
Obviously it’s not OEM pricing, but for a full rebuild on a budget this kit makes sense. Plus, many of the parts are better quality if not the same as from dealer. If you’re doing the work yourself and double-check measurements like you should, it’s a solid option and saved a lot over dealer parts.
