Great customer service!! And exceptional packaging for delivery the cylinder container within the box was well constructed. I couldn't slide the weather stripes out due to their bent package, therefore I had to use my razor knife too extract the parts which was rather difficult, while using my Dewalt razor knife and Dewalt carbide blades. Solid cilanetrical construction couldn't withstand the savage carrier or carriers employee. Needless to say Ucarpart was apologetic for the inconvenience and offered to compensate me despite there carrier's doing!! Thank you and I'd rather have undamaged parts resent then a refund because they did not fit proper on my wife's car. I apologize for your inconvenience as well. I did my replaced my the ones on my tundra and they didn't have aluminum with the rubber therefore I didn't get Scooby-Doo on it until after I pulled the one from her car. Thanks again and will look forward to doing business with you again in future car maintenance...
