Fairly easy to install with the right tools. Maybe a 15 minutes job. I bought two products before, but neither of them worked. It offers a third viewing option I didn't originally have & the view is extremely clear.
Only took 10 minutes to install, no need to disconnect the battery and boom, the backup camera works as it should now. Compare to my old one which was cloudy and not visible with the slightest of lights, this thing is clear.
Just "plug and play". The sealing foam around the frame is a little thicker than OEM but it is good for sealant, just need a little push to make it fit.
