The item was received quickly and in good order. There were no instructions in the package. The service folks sent me a you tube video to view which was very helpful. I thought 2 of the letters were going to be attached already. None were attached. I would order from these folks again.
My husband installed and he was not happy with how the FORD lettering attached. He ended up getting longer screws and glueing the letters to the grill for more strength.
The product shipped quickly and was a perfect fit. However, you have to search YouTube for an installation tutorial as no instructions are included. It looks great on my F150, especially with the LEDs. My only disappointment was the screws that came with the shipment to install the letters on the grill were too short.
There was no instruction with it and still not hooked up the lights
