My old one broke when they were towing the car and transferred everything to the new one and it fits perfect. Good replacement for the stock one.

Fits perfectly and includes the appropriate rivnuts. The skid plate/radiator lower support fit nearly flawlessly, with the only minor exception being that the front driver side bolt hole was off by approximately 3/16 of an inch compared to the corresponding bolt hole on the frame. However, a slight adjustment using a screwdriver allowed for a perfect fit. As good as the factory one with very clean nice welds.
